Wondrous Item, Uncommon (Requires Attunement)

A simple red tinted silver pendant, cool to the touch, etched with the three moons visible in the Lillowen night sky:
Ithilir, the Wanderer, depicted by the symbol of a pale silver crescent, (also called Aeloria)
Thalasir, the dark Mirror, represented by a tarnished orb, (known as Thaluna in the east)
And the medallion itself, Vorelynn the Red watcher, a crimson full moon, known as Voris to non-Elves.
It arrived in your hand the moment your heart stuttered back to life—unasked for, unexplained, hanging from a slender chain that feels both weightless and inescapable. The talisman's weight brings hollow comfort; Lyrithra has reclaimed her lost child, whether you wish it or not.
While wearing this pendant, you can use your action to channel a surge of cold vitality through it, regaining 2d4 + 2 hit points. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next Moonrise.
In addition, it subtly repels toxins and subtle corruptions, granting you advantage on saving throws to avoid or end the poisoned condition.
- Lunar Vigil. The moons seem to watch, their faint glow sharpening your senses against ambush. If you aren't incapacitated, you gain a +2 bonus to initiative rolls.
