You create an elastic tether of magical force that attaches to a Huge or smaller creature within range, causing it to be grappled by you.

On subsequent turns, you can move itup to 20ft as an action. If the creature tries to break free, you can substitute the athletics checks required for grappling with an arcana check.

The spell ends when h the grapple is ended. or if you move the creature out of range
